How SheenOps handles personal information on this website and in the platform.
Who we are
SheenOps is a product developed by ZANi Systems, Pretoria, South Africa. For this website, we are the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Contact: hi@sheenops.com or +27 84 297 9476.
What we collect on this website
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, the size of your team, your province and your message. We also receive basic technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, set up and run your demo, and send you information about SheenOps that you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Spam and security checks
The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. Cloudflare processes technical information for this purpose. We also limit how often the form can be sent.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are sent to our team by email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Some of these services may process information outside South Africa, with safeguards as required by POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting agreement, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Email hi@sheenops.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security.
The SheenOps platform
When a cleaning company uses SheenOps, that company is the responsible party for its staff and client information, and SheenOps processes it on their behalf under a written agreement. The platform is designed with POPIA in mind: access by role, masked ID numbers, initials instead of staff photos, and an audit log of changes.
